These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services offered by Anna Anderson Ltd ("we", "us", "our") through our website, ClickFunnels checkout, and associated platforms. By purchasing any product or service, or by attending any session or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. Our Services

Anna Anderson Ltd offers the following products and services:

Digital products (including books and courses)
Birth Chart Readings (private one-to-one sessions via Zoom)
Max Meditation System sessions (live weekly group sessions via Zoom)
Monthly Masterclass — Living From The Inside Out (live monthly sessions via Zoom)
One-to-one coaching and mentoring
Group coaching programmes
Membership programmes (including The Manifestation Circle)
Healing and mentoring packages

These Terms apply to all of the above unless otherwise stated.

2. Digital Products

Digital products will be delivered via email immediately following successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If you do not receive your product within one hour of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact us at em@annaa.com and we will resend your access.

3. Birth Chart Readings

Booking: Your session is not confirmed until you have selected your session time via our booking system. Payment alone does not constitute a confirmed appointment.

Refund Policy: Birth Chart Readings are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session provided you give at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice cannot be accommodated and the session will be forfeited.

Lateness: If you do not attend or join your session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, Anna Anderson reserves the right to cancel the session without refund.

Cancellation by Anna Anderson Ltd: In the event that Anna Anderson needs to cancel or reschedule your session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

Session Recording: Your session will be recorded by Anna Anderson for the purpose of providing you with a personal recording of your reading. A download link will be sent to you following your session. You must download the recording within 48 hours of receiving the link, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. We are unable to resend recordings after this point. You may not record any part of your session yourself, whether by audio, video, screenshot, or any other means, without prior written permission.

4. Max Meditation System — Weekly Sessions

Camera Policy: All attendees are required to join with their camera switched on. Attendees who join without their camera on will be removed from the session.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be granted access to a session that is already in progress, so as not to disrupt the space.

Recording: Sessions are not recorded by Anna Anderson Ltd and may not be recorded by attendees in any form, including audio, video, or screenshot.

Behaviour: We ask all attendees to join with respect for the space, the facilitator, and fellow participants. Anyone behaving in a manner that is disruptive or disrespectful will be removed from the session.

5. Monthly Masterclass — Living From The Inside Out

Camera Policy: All attendees are required to join with their camera switched on. Attendees who join without their camera on will be removed from the session.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be granted access to a session that is already in progress.

Recording: This masterclass is not recorded by Anna Anderson Ltd and may not be recorded by attendees in any form, including audio, video, or screenshot. There is no replay.

6. ManiFest

Community: Upon joining ManiFest, participants will be granted access to a closed community platform. Access is personal and non-transferable. Participants are expected to engage with respect for Anna Anderson and fellow community members. Anyone behaving in a manner that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others will have their access removed without refund.

Recording: Daily teachings are recorded and made available to participants for their personal use only. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Anna Anderson Ltd.

Attendance: Live sessions, including daily teachings and Q&A sessions, take place at scheduled times. If you are unable to attend live, recordings will be made available inside the community. Anna Anderson Ltd accepts no liability for any technical issues on the participant's end that prevent access to live sessions or recordings.

Access: Participants will retain access to all recordings following the end of the programme. Anna Anderson Ltd reserves the right to determine the duration and terms of ongoing access.

Conduct: By joining ManiFest, participants agree to use all materials, teachings, and community access for personal development purposes only. Commercial use of any programme content is strictly prohibited.

7. Prize Draw and Giveaways

From time to time, Anna Anderson Ltd may run prize draws or giveaways in connection with our products and programmes. The following terms apply to any such draw unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility: Prize draws are open to participants of the relevant programme only. One entry per person. No purchase beyond the programme itself is required to enter.

Selection: Winners are selected at random. The draw will take place as communicated at the time of the relevant programme.

Notification: Winners will be notified by email following the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, Anna Anderson Ltd reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Anna Anderson Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Redemption: All prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of award. Prizes not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.

In-person prizes: Any prize involving an in-person session with Anna Anderson will take place at a location specified by Anna Anderson Ltd and is subject to Anna Anderson's availability. No alternative location will be offered. In the event that the winner is unable to attend in person, the prize may be exchanged for 12 x one-to-one sessions with Anna Anderson via Zoom, to be taken within the 12-month redemption period.

Mentoring prizes: Any prize involving a mentoring package with Anna Anderson is subject to Anna Anderson's availability and will be scheduled by mutual agreement within the 12-month redemption period.

Announcement: By participating in the draw, winners agree to their first name being announced publicly as part of the prize draw.

General: Anna Anderson Ltd's decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final. The draw is not open to employees or associates of Anna Anderson Ltd.

8. Refund Policy

Digital products carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at em@annaa.com within 14 days and we will process a full refund to your original payment method. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Group coaching programmes, including ManiFest, carry a satisfaction guarantee. If, after fully engaging with the first three days of the programme, you feel it is genuinely not for you, please contact us at em@annaa.com and we will process a full refund.

Refund requests made after the first three days, or without evidence of engagement, will not be accepted. All sales are final after this point.

Birth Chart Readings are non-refundable as set out in Section 3.

Live sessions (Max Meditation and Monthly Masterclass) are free to attend and therefore no refund policy applies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our products and services — including but not limited to digital books, course materials, session content, and masterclass teachings — is the intellectual property of Anna Anderson Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content in any form without prior written permission.

10. Payment and Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. For information on how Stripe handles your payment data, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We use ClickFunnels to manage our checkout process and Stripe to process payments securely. By using our services, you also agree to the respective terms and conditions of these platforms.

11. Data and Privacy

By purchasing or registering for any of our products or services, you consent to us collecting your name, email address, and where applicable, payment information, for the purposes of fulfilling your order and providing support. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to process your payment and deliver your product or service.

12. Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that our content is accurate, supportive, and helpful. However, we make no guarantees about the results you may achieve. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product or service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our products or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
