Anna Anderson is a spiritual mentor, and advocate for self-love.
She learned everything she teaches the hard way: by hitting rock bottom and, via a hangover-fuelled purchase of a yoga business, discovering the practices and tools she needed to live a life full of joy, health and possibility. She is now dedicated to guiding other women through the same empowering transformation, teaching self-acceptance and love while nurturing the body, mind and soul.
Her community space 'High Vybe' is a loving community for high-vibration women who want to build a practice of personal development, wellbeing and self-care so they can reach their fullest potential.
Anna is Tex-X speaker and her book, From The Inside Out: Why diets don't work (and what you are really hungry for) has sold over 50,000 copies worldwide and is available now.
She is an accredited life coach by the top coaching school in the UK, holds a health-coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is an NLP and Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.

I’ve been working with Anna for two years now and, without a shadow of a doubt, it has been transformational on so many levels.
