My Journey...
I know what it’s like to hit rock bottom.
Ten years ago, I was a single mum, the sole provider for my son, drowning in a life that felt overwhelming and disconnected. I hated my job, and the weight of trying to keep it all together left me reaching for anything to numb the pain—another bottle of gin, endless busyness, anything to avoid the truth staring back at me.
One morning, hungover and desperate, I googled “jobs for mums.” What came up was an opportunity to buy a yoga franchise. I wasn’t in shape, I’d barely done yoga, and I didn’t have the money, but something deep inside me whispered, “Do it.”
That whisper was the first time I truly listened to the voice of my intuition. Without fully understanding why, I bought the yoga business on a credit card and left my London city job. I was terrified but determined to create a life that allowed me to spend more time with my son and find a deeper sense of purpose.
What I didn’t know then was that yoga would be the doorway to a profound journey of self-discovery and transformation.
Yoga didn’t just strengthen my body—it quieted my mind. In the stillness, I began to hear a truth I had been avoiding: I was the creator of my entire experience.
At the time, I didn’t realize the immense power of this revelation. Through yoga, healing, and spiritual exploration, I came to understand that my thoughts, emotions, and energy weren’t just fleeting experiences—they were the building blocks of my reality.

The teachings of the Mystery School lineage and the principles of quantum physics both speak to the same truth: energy responds to intention. What we hold within ourselves—our beliefs, our fears, our love—shapes the world around us.
For so long, I had lived disconnected from this truth, believing that life was happening to me. I didn’t know that I was co-creating my reality through the energy I carried.
The chaos in my outer world was a mirror of the unhealed pain within me. But when I began to shift my internal energy—through practices of self-love, forgiveness, and healing—the external began to transform too.
The ancient teachings I’ve studied remind us that the heart is the most powerful electromagnetic force in the body. When we align with the love and wisdom within, we become magnetic to the life we are meant to live.

That hungover decision to buy a yoga business was the beginning of everything. It led me to train in coaching, NLP, EFT, and the healing modalities of the ancient Mystery Schools in the lineage of King Salomon.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a business that has helped thousands of women reconnect with their hearts, transform their lives, and remember who they truly are. My book has reached over 50,000 readers, and my purpose remains the same: to help women awaken to their divine potential and create a life they love from the inside out.
