MY STORY
I've been at rock bottom and clawed my way out.
10 years ago after trying to numb the pain I held inside myself by downing a bottle of gin, I finally reached rock bottom. I realised I needed to do something different, but I had no idea what that was.
I was a single mum and the only financial provider. I hated my job and I wanted more time with my son. I had no idea what to do.
On a hangover, I googled 'jobs for mums' and up came an opportunity to buy a yoga franchise. I was not in shape, had done very little yoga but something inside me said - do it! So I did, I bought a yoga business on a credit card and a hangover and I gave up my London city job to build a business that would enable me to spend time with my son.
What I didn't know Yoga would do, is help me connect to the inner wisdom we all have within.
I found healing, I found joy, I connected to who I really was and my life started to transform...
My journey to now.
I went on and trained in coaching, NLP, EFT, and healing modalities in the lineage of King Salomon from the ancient mystery schools.
Through my journey I've realised that this joy I had accessed is available to everyone. I wanted to shout it from the rooftops and share it with as many people as possible!
That was 10 years ago and I have built a business beyond my dreams that has helped 1000s of women. My book has sold over 50,000 copies and my purpose is to help women remember who they are and create transformation through the practice of self-love.
I want to live in a world where we are all in alignment with who we really are, so I live by that example and I teach and serve as many people as possible to help create that.
MY MISSION IS SIMPLE
I want to help as many people as I possibly can, step into heart coherence and unlock the power of who they came here to be - because when we heal as individuals, we heal the world.

In my experience, when we work not only with the mind but with metaphysics and our energy - true transformation happens.
Change needs to happen in our physical and non-physical bodies which is why I my coaching approach encompasses mind, body, and spiritual evolution
I am a triple accredited EFT, NLP Life and Health Coach and a Member of the Coaching Association as well as trained in healing modalities in the lineage of King Salomon.
I am always studying and improving my skills, learning techniques that serve and support the greatest results that I can bring to the women I work with.
