I believe this world is full of magical people who have forgotten just how amazing they are.
I was one of these people.
I've lived in self-hatred, numbing, binging, drinking, weighing myself every day, avoiding silence, keeping busy, worrying what everyone thought, people pleasing, and needing to be liked.
Desperate for change, I bought a yoga business on a credit card and zero experience. It was a whim which changed my life unexpectedly by sparking a transformational journey of healing, growth and learning to love myself.
Before I learned tools to overcome the limiting thoughts of my mind, I used to believe everything it told me, keeping me overwhelmed, anxious, depressed and stuck.
Now my purpose is to teach love and remind people to live from their hearts, because that is the path to freedom, to joy and to living a healthy, abundant and purposeful life.
You are an amazing, incredible being that is so full of your own potentiality and brilliance.
But if you can’t see that, if you don’t believe that, you will always be giving your power away.
How I help
When we live in the mind, we live limited, fear-based lives and we are not fulfilling the potential of who we could really be.
But when we connect to our hearts and learn to overcome our limiting beliefs, take responsibility for creating our reality, and learn to truly believe in all that we are...magic happens.
Through coaching, mentoring and guidance, I am here to support you in this evolution towards self-love.
I help women who are feeling stuck to find a deep and loving relationship with themselves, to know who they truly are and to take action to build a life of confidence, joy, health and abundance from a place of empowered self-knowing.
I can see the larger tapestry of life and my role is to guide you through the maze of possibilities to help you find clarity and direction. To inspire you to explore new pathways and support you in embracing change.
