This class teaches you to do it consciously, safely, and with real technique - the same method handed down through this Lineage for thousands of years, taught in a small, carefully guided group. Most people leave with a genuinely different sense of perspective on their own life: more distance from old emotional reactions, sharper discernment, and a stronger connection to their own inner guidance. It is a very good practice to nourish the Spirit and Soul and after practicing you will feel refreshed and lighter. This class gives you a real method to practice, and the discipline that turns it into an actual part of your spiritual life. No prior experience is required, though a Life Activation beforehand is recommended.
