An energetic cord forms wherever a physical connection exists - through love, through conflict, through an experience, situation or relationship. Not every cord causes harm. But some, wether it is simply picking up unwanted programming that doesn’t belong to you or formed through pain, resentment, or unhealthy dependency, can continue to drain your energy long after the relationship or situation itself has ended. Cord Cutting is a specific, ceremonial practice, performed in person, using a sacred tool to sever what no longer serves you, followed by a closing purification that restores balance to your system. It does not sever love or connection where that's genuinely wanted - only the negative cords of attachment to that person or situation that you are ready to let go and release. Most people notice a shift straight away - a sense of lightness, a return to feeling like themselves. This is typically a one-off session rather than an ongoing practice. Further sessions are only needed if a new, particularly strong attachment forms later.
